I ordered a birthday cake from and paid extra for a pre 12:30 delivery on the day of the birthday. The party came and went with no cake much to everyones disappointment.

On contacting to request a refund they responded with a very rude 'i am sorry you were disappointed but no company can 100% guarantee delivery'.

How great would it be if they told you that before you paid extra!

Apparently its 'not our policy to issue full refunds' to people who rely on them to deliver a birthday cake and then don't manage to do exactly what their customers approached them for in the first place.

Monetary Loss: $25.
